Interstitial Cystitis

These recipes are safe for the Interstitial Cystitis (IC) diet for people with the bladder condition also known as Painful Bladder Syndrome. This diet may also help alleviate symptoms of bladder endometriosis. It eliminates acidic foods like citrus, pineapple, strawberries, cranberries, fruit juice, dried fruit, hot peppers, tomatoes, onions, pickles and fermented foods, cured meats and sharp or aged cheeses, yogurt, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios, soy, alcohol, chocolate, vinegar, artificial sweeteners, MSG, Bouillon, coffee and tea, carbonated beverages, and flavored waters.
