Ingredients
Salad
- 1/2 pound beef sliced
- 2 tablespoons onion minced
- 1/4 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 tablespoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup romaine lettuce chopped
Mango Salsa
- 1 small mango chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar omit for low-histamine
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Guacamole
- 1 medium avocado chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon onion minced
- 1/4 tablespoon lime juice omit for low-histamine
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 dash ground black pepper omit for AIP

Salad
- Cook the beef in the oil, ginger, salt, and onions until the onions have begun to caramelize.
- Layer in a large bowl with lettuce, cilantro, mango salsa, and guacamole.
Mango Salsa
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Guacamole
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. If you prefer a creamy guacamole, mash the avocado until the desired texture is reached. For a chunky guacamole, leave the avocado cubed.
- Marinate about 30 minutes.
