Infused waters can be a fun party drink during the warm-weather months while you’re on the autoimmune protocol, cutting sugar, or just trying to stay hydrated. Mint and melon are a classic combo and a particular favorite of mine during the summer. You can also add cucumber or a splash of lemon!

Ingredients
- 1 sprig mint chopped
- 1 small watermelon cubed
- water
Instructions
- Place the mint and watermelon in the bottom of a pitcher and muddle together a bit.
- Add cold water to cover and refrigerate overnight to infuse.
