I was never a big fan of actual carrot cake, but it’s hard to argue with these flavors–tart carrot juice, sweet banana, and everyone’s favorite fall spices topped off with rich, creamy yogurt.

Ingredients
- 1 cup carrot juice
- 1 cup coconut yogurt use coconut yogurt for AIP
- 1 whole banana frozen
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract omit for AIP
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground mace
- 1 tablespoon raisins for garnish

- Combine all ingredients except raisins in a blender and process until smooth. Serve cold garnished with raisins.
