Cran-Apple Butter
I’m a bit late to the cranberry dishes this year, but this one’s a good one. Great as-is, on salads, meat, or ice cream, it’s hard to go wrong with apple butter.

I’m wondering how well this will freeze. I’m thinking it will be okay. What about canning/preserving it? How long do you think it will last in the fridge?
Thanks. Looks like a yummy recipe.
It freezes just fine and should can well too. I’ve never canned anything though so I can’t speak from experience. Once I thaw something from the freezer my rule of thumb is to use it within 3-5 days.
