Candied Watermelon

Ingredients

  • 1 whole watermelon sliced to 1/4″ thick, rind removed

Instructions

  • Arrange the sliced watermelon pieces on dehydrator trays at least 1/4″ apart.
  • Dehydrate at 135F for 12 hours or until dry and leathery.
