Equipment
- ramekin or bowl or mug
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon cassava flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons pure cane sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a large ramekin or small bowl. Mix well.
- Drop the chocolate chips into the center and push them beneath the surface of the batter, but not all the way to the bottom of the dish.
- Microwave 1 minute, then serve.
