What is the AIP?
The autoimmune protocol is a diet and lifestyle designed specifically for people with autoimmune disease. It’s a temporary elimination diet, not a life sentence, but it also encompasses other beneficial lifestyle factors like sleep, exercise, mindset, and socializing.
