Active support for A Clean Plate and its products has ended while I focus on taking care of my family. Please see below for FAQs or leave a comment on the relevant page/recipe to get in touch. While I no longer monitor the e-mail inbox, I will check comments at least once a month when I perform routine maintenance on the website.

If you’re having trouble downloading an e-book on mobile, try using a computer then sync the file to your device via USB or Cloud storage. If you can’t use a computer, try saving the file directly to cloud storage like Dropbox or iCloud instead of your device.

My photos may be shared as long as a link to both the original post featuring the photograph and the homepage (acleanplate.com) are provided. No other portion of the site, including recipes, may be reproduced in any way.

I do not publish guest content. Your email will be marked as spam.
