An AIP version of the famous Disneyland frozen treat. I’ve never had the original, but this one is pretty darn good! It’s absolutely perfect for a hot summer’s day.

Pineapple Whip

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except the yogurt in a blender and process until smooth.
  • Freeze for about an hour or until slightly slushy.
  • Stir in the yogurt just until mixed and freeze another fifteen minutes or so before serving.
