Ingredients

Dressing
Salad
  • 1 head green lettuce chopped
  • 1 small red onion chopped
  • 1 small cucumber chopped
  • 4 stalks celery chopped
  • 4 small carrot chopped
  • 2 small avocado chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Equipment

Instructions

  • Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, seasoning with salt to taste and stirring well
  • Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix well.
