Ingredients
- 2 inches turmeric peeled and chopped
- 2 inches ginger peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- sparkling water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except sparkling water in a blender and puree until well mixed. Strain into two 12-ounce serving glasses.
- Fill the glasses with ice and top off with sparkling water.
