I could do a whole series of pizzas using the plantain-based crust from my Margherita Pizza (and maybe I will)! This BBQ Chicken one is based on my all-time favorite from California Pizza Kitchen. And while I’m happy they have gluten-free options, this homemade one is even better because it doesn’t have any grains or weird additives. It’s just as good without the cheese!
