Instructions
Slice your vegetable of choice into chips about 5mm thick (a mandolin slicer makes this a piece of cake).
Arrange on a baking sheet in one layer.
Bake at 200F for 2-3 hours, until completely dry.
Grind into flour in a food processor, high-speed blender, or grinder.
