Instructions
In a medium saucepan, combine the water, milk, and spices over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes. Add the honey and vanilla.
Strain out the cinnamon and cloves and serve immediately or make iced lattes by refrigerating until cold then serving over ice.
