Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325F and place the ham in a large roasting pan.
Combine the honey, preserves, oil, and sugar in a bowl, whisking until smooth.
Brush about 1/4 of the mixture over the entire surface of the ham.
Bake the ham for about 15 minutes per pound, removing from the oven once every fifteen minutes to brush with more glaze until all the glaze is gone.
Rotate the ham about halfway through to prevent over-cooking on any one side.
