Instructions
In the mason jar, combine the ginger beer and grape juice. Cover with the cheesecloth and secure with a rubber band.
Let sit in a dark space at room temperature, skimming any growth from the surface, for 3 days. Bubbles should fizz when the drink is stirred.
Cap and let sit another day before chilling to serve.
Alternatively, skip all that and just pour some cold grape juice into some cold ginger beer for a slightly less fizzy but equally delicious treat.
