Ingredients
Dressing
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Salad
- 1 head green lettuce chopped
- 1 small red onion chopped
- 1 small cucumber chopped
- 4 stalks celery chopped
- 4 small carrot chopped
- 2 small avocado chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

- Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, seasoning with salt to taste and stirring well
- Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix well.
