I’m not a big coffee drinker, but I love making stuff with coffee–a warm cup of something like this can make a wonderful treat, especially with fall and winter settling in. Add some ghee or MCT oil if you prefer a more “bulletproof” drink.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups herbal coffee
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons maple sugar
- 2 squares caramel
- 1 dash sea salt

- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until foamy. Serve hot.
