Pineapple Bacon Burgers
I’ve been meaning to do this for a while now. A friend of mine mentioned pineapple-stuffed burgers when he want Paleo more than a year ago, and I just never got around to giving that a shot. It was my loss, for sure! If it were up to my man, we’d never have any other burgers.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef or bison
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 1/2″ pineapple rings
- 8 strips bacon
Equipment
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425F.
- Combine the meat and seasonings and form into 4 patties. Lay a pineapple ring on top of each.
- Wrap two bacon strips around each burger in opposite directions, to form an X on top.
- Bake 25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
