Pineapple Bacon Burgers

  • Preheat the oven to 425F.
  • Combine the meat and seasonings and form into 4 patties. Lay a pineapple ring on top of each.
  • Wrap two bacon strips around each burger in opposite directions, to form an X on top.
  • Bake 25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
