Moroccan Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 4 large lettuce leaves
Equipment

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except the lettuce, mixing well.
  • Form into four patties and fry an a large, oiled skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook about 4 minutes per side, or longer for a more thoroughly cooked burger.
  • Serve between lettuce “buns” with desired toppings.
