Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the blueberries, honey, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Simmer on low for 20 minutes.
- Stir in the gelatin until it dissolves.
- Remove from heat, can, and refrigerate to set.
