Tropical Tuna Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 pound ahi tuna
- 1 small mango chopped
- 1 small avocado chopped
- 1/2 small red onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon green onion sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 sheets nori
Equipment
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except nori in a bowl and marinade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve in nori wraps.
