Pineapple Whip

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pound pineapple chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 3/4 cup coconut yogurt use coconut milk yogurt for AIP

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the yogurt in a blender and process until smooth.
- Freeze for about an hour or until slightly slushy.
- Stir in the yogurt just until mixed and freeze another fifteen minutes or so before serving.
