Minty Melon Water

Minty Melon Water

Infused waters can be a fun party drink during the warm-weather months while you’re on the autoimmune protocol, cutting sugar, or just trying to stay hydrated. Mint and melon are a classic combo and a particular favorite of mine during the summer. You can also add cucumber or a splash of lemon!
