  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the blueberries, honey, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  • Simmer on low for 20 minutes.
  • Stir in the gelatin until it dissolves.
  • Remove from heat, can, and refrigerate to set.
