Deconstructed Guacamole Salad
I already have a guacamole salad, but that one is literally guacamole on top of lettuce. This one takes the guacamole ingredients and puts them on top of lettuce. A tangy lime, no-tomato dressing brings the whole thing together with a wallop of flavor. Fair warning: This one is NOT for those ambivalent about onions or cilantro!
