  • Marinade the fish in the lemon juice, salt, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to 400 degrees F or set the oven to broil
  • Remove the fish from the marinade and sprinkle with the seasoning and lemon zest.
  • Cook 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when scratched with a fork.
