Bacon-Wrapped Pork Roast

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork roast
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
Equipment

Instructions

  • Combine the salt and garlic and rub over the pork. Wrap the pork in bacon.
  • Cook on low in a slow-cooker overnight, about 8-12 hours.
  • Preheat the broiler. Broil the roast for about 5 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
