Instructions
- Combine the salt and garlic and rub over the pork. Wrap the pork in bacon.
- Cook on low in a slow-cooker overnight, about 8-12 hours.
- Preheat the broiler. Broil the roast for about 5 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
