Apple Butter

Ingredients

  • 8 whole apple peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 cup apple juice

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Combine the apples in the baking dish with the apple juice and bake for 1 hour, stirring once halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and puree in a blender.
  • Return to the baking dish and bake 2 hours. Puree once more, then serve either hot or chilled.
